Considered to be one of Atlanta’s hidden gems, Loring Heights is located east of Northside Drive and west of Peachtree Street. The Loring Heights neighborhood is home to over 300 houses, many of which are almost 75 years old. Many residents in Loring Heights are young single professionals and young families as well as older, well established residents.

History of Loring Heights, GA

Loring Heights was developed during the 1940s. This neighborhood takes its name from Brigadier-General William Wing Loring of the Provisional Army of the Confederate States.  The original two separate subdivisions are now combined.
