History of Berkeley Park, GA 

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Berkeley Park was developed by E. Rivers Realty in 1920. Before becoming the residential community we now know, Berkeley Park was mostly cow pastures, farmland and meadows. Today many homes in Berkeley Park sit on large lots close to 1-acre.
